Prooftext for equality in Ps 17:2

  Aside from the endorsements of same-gender unions that we have already noted with Ruth and David/Jonathan, aside from any detailed exegesis of Lev 18:22 and 20:13 establishing that they do not prohibit homosexuality, and aside from prooftext (for Christians) in 2 Corinthians, we find prooftext supporting equality in TaNaKh:

Ps 17:2  My judgment will come before your presence:  let your eyes see equality.
